Delivery Terms and conditions
Delivery process will take between 3 to 14 working days depending on the order quality, product size and customer’s location. Delivery process will be starts from the time the customer’s order confirmation call or mail is received.
Delivery service will not operate on weekends and public Holiday.
Delivery service operation will contact before 2-3 hours of delivery if the delivery date is fixed upon order confirmation or later and if delivery date is not confirmed, will call one day before for date confirmation and a few hours before delivery.
During special or seasonal promotion, long and connecting holidays (also Water festival holiday), Delivery process can be delay a few more days.
For faster delivery, please help us by provide map location Longitude and Latitude (e.g. 16.855286, 96.211413 ) which can be found on your phone map app.
Order delivery can be delay due to wrong phone numbers, address, provide phone is unreachable. In that case, we will trying to get contact to you by email. So if delivery is longer than you expected, we suggest that please check your mail or call our customer service for enquiry.
Due to our wide product category range, we have decided into 4 main Groups;
1) Most of the normal size AV products (LCD/LED TVs up to 48”, DVD/Blue Ray Players/ Amplifiers/ Home theater systems/ Speakers)
2) Smarted Audio(SA), Digital Imaging (DI) and Mobile Devices ( Bluetooth Speakers/ Wired and wireless Earphones & Headphones/ Mobile phones/ Tablets/ Digital Camera and its Accessories.
3) White Goods and Home Appliances ( Refrigerator/ Freezers/ Wash Machine/ Dryers/ Air Conditioners/ Cancoolers/ water heaters & all home appliances)
4) Extra Care Products ( all LCD/LEDTV from 50” and above, All size of OLED TVs & JBL Authentic Speakers)
All the Delivery Charges of Wai Yan audio is calculated base on the range of the trip travel to the delivery location from our point of Delivery origin( Wai Yan Mya Ya Mone, Mya Ya Mone Water Front Villa on No.2 Main Road, South Dagon Township).
All Wai Yan Customer will received first 5.5 Km of delivery trip free of charges as appreciation for choosing waiyanaudio,com and after exceeding complimentary delivery trip range, additional Kilometer will charge 2500MMK for Group 1 and 3000MMK for Group 3&4. If the Order Invoice amount is less than 50,000MMK, the customer will charge 2000MMK per kilometer after complimentary Delivery trip range.
For Group 2, Delivery origin will be No.7/B, Maharsi Sarsana Yeik Thar Street, Bahan Township, Yangon, Myanmar. Complimentary 5.5 KM will calculate from this place and after complimentary delivery trip range, we will charge 3000 MMK for delivery up to 6Km and after 6Km will charge 3000 MMK ( Inside Yangon City Limit Only).
All Delivery will not be exceed the maximum 30,000(or 40,000) MMK and delivery charges more than maximum amount will charge the maximum only.
All delivery are subject to the delivery location (to Ground floor) and depends on the size of delivery, floor level and service elevator or passenger elevator (allow to carry order product) availability, additional charges can be varies, free to 1000 MMK.

Checking Upon Delivery
We would like to request our valued customers to check your order according to our Product Groups on delivery. Some Items may be need agreement for our delivery personal in case of Return/Exchange.
Group 1) Model, Size (on TV, Speakers), Power on & physical/Cosmetic damage.
Group 2) Model, Color, supply accessory, Box condition & Cosmetic/Physical damage.
Group 3) Product , color and cosmetic/physical Damage.
Group 4) We suggest that check everything but please check the following. Model, Size, Power on, Screen condition ( dead pixel and correct display), connectivity
1. If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms in the relevant category below.
2. Return/Exchange will not approve on the sudden change of mind and order mistakes.
3. If the return window of your product has expired, we refer you to the brand warranty center (if applicable). For more information on how to claim warranty please go to our warranty page.

Terms and Condition for Checking Exchange by Product Groups.
Group 1) If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. Applicable return window - Within 7 days.
Group 2) If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. For device-related issues of selected products contact the brand directly.for Eg, Camera Lens and accessories. Applicable return window - Within 7 days.
Group 3) If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, we will send our Technician to the product location for inspection . If it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. Applicable return window - Within 7 days.
Group 4) If your item arrived in defective / damaged or incorrect / incomplete condition, it is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. Applicable return window - Within 3 days.
What does damaged mean?
A. Wai Yan item is considered damaged when it has dents, scratches, water spots, or evidence of mishandling or impact.
What does defective mean?
A. Wai Yan item is considered defective when it does not work the way the manufacturer intended and has not been physical damaged.
Conditions for Returns
1. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
2. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box.
If a product is in an inadequate condition, we will denied the exchange/return.
